Important Information About Your VoIP Unlock Key Configurati

I currently received the email from "TalkFreely@Fongo.com", here is the email quote
"Dear Customer,
Because you purchased a VoIP Unlock Key from Dell Voice or Freephoneline, we're writing to let you know that the configuration settings for your VoIP Unlock Key are now available online for easy reference. We recommend you review the required settings and best practices for your third party SIP clients (such as ATAs, softphones, or PBXes). View the configuration settings now.

Please note that starting March 30, 2013, incorrectly configured SIP clients may experience service disruption until their configurations settings are corrected.

To maintain our quality of service, these guidelines may change from time to time. You will be notified a minimum of 7 days prior to any setting changes. Please ensure your contact information is up to date. Verify your contact details today.

So now I have to configure the all the necessary configuration they asked to do otherwise they said, if i failure to do that they will suspend the account. This is the settings I have to do BUT the thing is I'm not sure where to change which option since the parameters names mentioned in the email link is not the same in my router. I have Linksys WRTP54G.

Here is the parameters suggested by fongo:
Required Settings
SIP Server: voip.freephoneline.ca
Alternative SIP Server: voip2.freephoneline.ca
Transport:UDP
Port: 5060

Notes:
It is always best to use the DNS name for your SIP server as our infrastructure is always expanding/changing/being maintained. The IP addresses which you register to will change over time. Use of Fongo SIP Servers that are not listed in this document will result in your account being suspended.

Registration Interval: 3600 seconds (1 hour)
Registration Expiry: 3600 seconds (1 hour)
Failed Registration Re-Try Interval:120 seconds

Recommended Settings
STUN/ICE: Disable
NAT Mapping Enabled:Yes
NAT Traversal: Enable sending Keep-Alives only: on Grandstream HT-701 ATAs this setting is “no, but send keep-alive”
Keep Alive Message: NOTIFY or a UDP PING Packet
For Linksys/Cisco devices, use ‘Nat Keep Alive Msg’ = $NOTIFY or $PING
Never use REGISTER as your Keep Alive message

Keep Alive Interval: 20 seconds*
*Audio may be affected if this value is adjusted

Notes:
The above settings can be used to configure your SIP client to function in common home network configurations. Since there a thousands of home network configurations, it is impossible for us to provide a single set of parameters that will always work. As a VoIP Key purchaser, it’s expected that you have knowledge of your network and how to configure your SIP client properly.
Freephoneline does not offer STUN server. However, you may use a public one if your wish.

RTP Settings

Supported Codecs:g711-u (uLAW) and g729
Suggested RTP Packet size (psize): 0.020 - This ensures audio packets every 20 milliseconds, achieving better quality (trade-off: bandwidth)

Notes:
The above settings are used by your ATA to determine how the audio will be encoded/decoded across the Fongo network.
Additional Information for users with multiple SIP clients on their network
If you use multiple VoIP providers or SIP clients, including Dell Voice or Fongo Mobile on the same network you may encounter issues if your router does not support UPNP.

Can anyone please help me out to setup this new configuration with my router WRTP54G. Thanks

The email states "review the required settings and best practices for your third party SIP clients (such as ATAs,...".

I purchased a Grandstream 286 pre-configured Fongo ATA in 02/2012 and some settings are different. Do I have to change these settings?

I have a UTStarcom ATA (firmware V4.8.2.50b).

[*]I was already using port 5060
[*]I can only choose one server address. I was using voip.freephoneline.ca, but was receiving a busy signal when trying to call out yesterday and this morning (incoming calls worked) so I changed it to voip2.freephoneline.ca and that seems to have solved the problem.
[*]The Expires field was already set to 3600 so I've left that alone.
[*]I've set the NAT keep alive interval to 20 (previously 15)
[*]There is a field called Registration Assurance Timer that was set to 180. I changed that to 120 guessing that it corresponds to the Failed Registration Re-Try Interval, however; it's also possible that it could represent the Registration Expiry so should be set to 3600. I'm not 100% sure and there are no fields marked Registration Expiry or Failed Registration Re-Try Interval. I assume Registration Assurance Timer is one of the two and guessed that it was the Failed Reg Retry since the numbers were close (changing 180 to 120 seems to make more sense than changing 180 to 3600).[/b]

I just want to confirm if the Registration Assurance timer should be set to 120 or 3600. Everything is working fine at the moment, but I certainly don't want to have issues on or after March 30th. Thanks.
