Voice Mail Number

Post by manu123 »

I recently bought the Panasonic KX-TG4112C Dect 6.0 which has 2 handsets. Everything works fine (in-going and outgoing calls). I just did few test with the voice mail service and forwarding voice mail to email and voice mail is stored on the FreePhoneOnline account works fine.

Now I want to access all the voice mail directly from my phone instead by turning on the pc, longing to email or FPL account to listen the voice-mail. But what number should I call to access to my voice mail. If I go to phone menu > V.M access (Voice mail access), I have set my voice mail password which is 4 digit. But when I call that number. I get the message "This call is not covered by your test plan." I know that, this message is from FPL.

So what should I set in my phone menu > V.M access (Voice mail access)?
What is the FPL voice mail number?

This is my voicemail settings on the FPL website:

Current Voicemail Password: xxxx (my 4 digit password)
New Voicemail Password:
Voicemail Forwarding Email: my email
Use password for: remote and local access (it was remote access by default)
Voicemail to Email: Copy
Preferred Language: English
Rings before voicemail: 5

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

To access your voicemail from your phone you can either dial *98, or call your FPL number (so you call yourself from your phone) and you should get the voicemail system.

There's a few other voicemail FAQs that might be useful at the link below (such as remote access ability too).

I find that there are delays with the notification. I am going to send an email to the Fongo help address shortly. I received a voice mail yesterday afternoon, and the MWI is still showing that I have a voice mail, after over 18 hours of clearing it.
