FPL Problems - Thurs 9 January 1130am

Calls from FPL to FPL is going to busy or voicemail here in Burlington. Outbound calls to other numbers work fine or inbound from other sources work fine.

Anyone else experiencing problems?


EDITED - Situation has been corrected by FPL engineering as of my test at 1410 EST. All is good now. On another note I wish they would fix this Forum Time Clock stamp to the correct time!

try to change the server where you connect to and apply changes.

On my PBX I just ran "amportal restart"

If I understand this correctly:

calling FPL number from a cell Phone OK
Calling FPL number from Bell landline OK
Calling FPL number from another FPL number NOT OK

We just opened an urgent ticket with our Engineering team and they are investigating.

Yes, When I call from my work phone or from my cell phone TO Home (FPL) its goes to voice mail directly no ring.
I just tried and now not even goes to the voice mail. I'm located in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

Ok now the call from my work TO home (FPL) is working. I'm located in Laval, Quebec, Canada.
