Busy signal when trying to call out today

I've been using a config file with ATA for over a month now with no major issues with incoming or outgoing calls. Yesterday, I received and made calls without issue. Today, I've been trying to make calls and receive a busy signal after dialing the number. I've tried different numbers and always get a busy signal. Is there an outage/issue?

Yes, I just got back home and tested it again and I'm still getting a busy signal when I try to dial out. I made and received calls yesterday with no issues and nothing has changed with my setup between then and now, but I can't seem to make calls. I also had someone try to call me late this afternoon. The phone rang and I could see who was calling, but when I answered there was a pause followed by a busy signal.

I'm operational again as of 6:30pm tonight. I can make and receive calls. I was still getting the busy signal this morning, but I tried again now and had someone call me and it looks like everything is OK. If you did something to correct the problem Kris, I appreciate it.

What device are you using, if any? - How is your network set up? (ISP > Router > VoIP Device)

I'm just using the software.
Everything was working well since i've got the free line, now since yesterday
All I get is a busy signal

Could you check your firewall, make sure freephoneline.exe isn't blocked at all and that ports 10,000 - 20,000 are open in your router.

Have you upgraded the software at all?

I upgrade the soft, uninstall it and reinstall it.
Now foward work, but can't dial.
I'm only using the software for now.

Have you tried any port forwarding on your router, or checking your computers firewall?

If you need help port forwarding, look here: http://portforward.com/ and select your router type - It will show you how.
