I googled this error message and found an old post stating tthe number you called in Canada starts with +xx instead of +1. Are you using a cell phone or an ATA with a dial plan prefix? When using a cell phone, the universal dial plan is +countrycode and phone number (aka for Montreal +514-xxx-xxxx)...

It's working properly again.
In my opinion you should just unplug ATA device from power for 10 minutes and power back on after 10 minutes.

Hi, That setting where you imputed these IP's->167.88.118.111 does not do anything unless you connected to the Internet from the ATA and use PPOE.
