The Caller_ID setting for Canada should be "Bellcore North America" or "CID Canada" as per attachment.

I have been using SAGEMCOM F@st 2864 for more than 2 years and the VOIP connection is excellent. It is a connection hub with 4 ethernet ports, so you won't need a separate router for FPL.

Not sure this will work because I have a different ATA model.

Try to power cycle modem, router and ATA for about 20 minutes.

In order to not loose any messages while the ATA is off, forward your calls to your cell or an alternate phone before.

Access number

I was using Wi-Fi today in a Montreal suburb large shopping centre. The connection was poor due to a weak signal. I then used VoipBuster local access number to place a call to Europe.

It would be great if FPL has an access number and this will generate more business to the company.

From your FPL phone, dial *73 to disable the call forwarding to voicemail.

In your voicemail settings, change "Voicemail to Email: forward" for "Voicemail to Email: copy"

Bell Internet is now functional for Brampton as per the latest page status update.

If you are still experiencing problems with FPL, power cycle your modem, router, ATA for 20 minutes and, if the problem persists, I suggest opening a support ticket.

Per the info in the following list, 613-915 should be local to Ottawa-Hull.

However, this may be a new exchange and I suggest opening a support ticket asking that this destination will be added to FPL free cities:

La liste des villes appartenant à l'indicatif 450 indique que le numéro de Fido 450-209 correspond à St-Hyacinthe:

J'ai eu le meme problème il y a environ 2 ans en appelant un petit village du Sud-Ouest de la France dont l'indicatif ne figure pas sur la liste d'appel de Fongo/FPL, soit 011.33.5.46.x...

Je ne vois pas pourquoi l'appel n'aboutit pas, n'ayant jamais eu de problème pour appeler en France. La seule raison plausible pourrait etre une petite ville éloignée dont l'indicatif ne figure pas dans la liste suivante.
